The process was really straightforward, the products arrived on time (actually slightly earlier than expected, shipping with TNT from mainland Europe to the UK) and the quality of the mini clipper lighters (and the printing of the logo) is better than I was hoping for. Excellent service from the first e-mail I exchanged with them. They adjusted to my needs and provided different options. All their responses were very detailed and fast.
